- Prepare a decoction of oregano, chamomile, hops, pour boiling water over these herbs and keep in a dark place for about 3 days. The resulting product is taken 1 tablespoon twice a day.
- You can prepare a decoction of parsley roots: for 500 g of water, 3 tablespoons herbs, boil for an hour. Take 1 tablespoon 2 times a day.
- Add the red elderberry berries with alcohol and leave for 7 days. The tincture can rub the cervical area of the spine.
- You can prepare an ointment from lard and hop cones, which are mixed in a ratio of 1: 1. With this ointment, rub the cervix and the back of the head well and wrap these parts with a handkerchief. The scrub is best done before bed and in the morning, wash and rub the scalp and neck with a towel.
Exercises for the treatment of osteochondrosis
